2.2. Information We Collect Automatically:

  • Device and Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, access times, and pages viewed.
  • Usage Data: Live streams watched, gifts sent/received, interactions with other users, and virtual credit transaction history.

3. CRITICAL WARNING: PEER-TO-PEER (P2P) "PRIVATE ROOMS"

3.1. Technical Nature of Private Rooms: The Platform offers a "Private Room" feature allowing users to connect via video and audio. To provide high-quality, low-latency, and free/low-cost communication, this feature utilizes WebRTC Peer-to-Peer (P2P) technology.

3.2. IP Address Visibility: In a P2P connection, your device connects directly to the other user's device, bypassing our central media servers. As a strict technical requirement of P2P networks, your IP address will be exposed to and may be visible to the user you are connecting with in the Private Room.

3.3. User Acknowledgment: By entering or creating a Private Room, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to this technical reality. If you are not comfortable with the other party potentially knowing your IP address, DO NOT USE THE PRIVATE ROOM FEATURE. You may use a VPN at your own discretion to mask your actual IP address.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To create, maintain, and secure your account.
  • To facilitate live streaming, chat, and P2P connections.
  • To process virtual credit purchases and virtual gift exchanges (payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers; we do not store full credit card numbers).
  • To enforce our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and strict 18+ age restrictions.
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, illegal activities, and security breaches.
  • To comply with legal obligations under the laws of Wyoming, USA.

  • With Other Users: Your public profile (name, avatar, country, bio, followers, uploaded gallery photos) and your live broadcasts are visible to other users.

  • Legal & Safety: We will disclose your data if required by law, subpoena, or court order in Wyoming, USA or applicable jurisdictions, or to protect the safety, rights, and property of the Company, our users, or the public (including reporting suspected CSAM to relevant authorities).
