COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & DMCA POLICY

To ensure a safe, legal, and respectful environment on Xavioo (the "Platform"), owned by Imperium Technologies LLC, all users and broadcasters must adhere to these Community Guidelines.

1. STRICT 18+ REQUIREMENT

The Platform is exclusively for adults. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be operated by or featuring a minor will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities (such as NCMEC or local law enforcement).

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOR

You may NOT broadcast, upload, send, or promote any of the following:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Absolute zero-tolerance policy.
  • Non-Consensual Content: Distributing intimate images or videos of someone without their explicit consent (revenge porn).
  • Terrorism and Extremism: Promoting terrorist organizations or extreme acts of violence.
  • Harassment and Hate Speech: Bullying, threatening, or inciting violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or gender.
  • Illegal Acts: Promoting the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or facilitating sex trafficking and non-consensual exploitation.
  • Scams and Spam: Phishing, soliciting external payments, or distributing malware.

3. PLATFORM MODERATION

The Company reserves the right to monitor broadcasts, chat logs, and profile pictures. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine a violation of these guidelines has occurred.

4. DMCA & COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY

The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work (such as photos, videos, or live streams) has been copied or used on the Platform without authorization, please follow our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) procedure.

4.1. Filing a Takedown Notice:
To report a copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent at support@xavioo.com containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Platform (provide a direct link/URL or username).
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4.2. Action Upon Receipt:
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, the Company will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content.

4.3. Repeat Infringer Policy:
The Company maintains a strict policy of terminating the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

4.4. Counter-Notice Procedure:
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the email address above, including your signature, contact info, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
