General Statement of Compliance

This Website, operated by Imperium Technologies LLC (the "Company"), fully complies with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against any visual depictions involving minors.

Before any independent contractor or broadcaster is permitted to upload, stream, or transmit any visual depiction that may be subject to the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, they must submit a valid government-issued photo identification establishing that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age, together with a signed release for the material they submit. The same records must be provided for every other individual appearing in that material. These records are retained by the Custodian of Records identified below and are made available for inspection as required by law.

Private rooms are live, one-to-one sessions between a verified Broadcaster and a viewer. They are not recorded, not stored, and not distributed by the Company. No visual depiction is produced or retained from a private room, and the Company does not create, sell, or transfer any copy of such a session.

Exemptions

Certain visual depictions contained on this Website may be exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:

• They do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2);
• They are depictions of non-sexually explicit conduct;
• They were created prior to the effective date of the statute (July 3, 1995).

User-Generated Content and Broadcasters

Xavioo provides a platform for independent broadcasters and users to stream live video and upload content. All independent broadcasters are required to acknowledge and agree to our Broadcaster Agreement, which explicitly mandates that all individuals appearing in their content must be 18 years of age or older.

Identity and age records are collected before a Broadcaster is permitted to broadcast, upload, or receive any payout, as set out in Section 4.2 of the Broadcaster Agreement. If any content is found to be in violation of these laws, the offending account will be permanently banned, the content will be immediately removed, and the incident will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities.
