All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on this Website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depiction was created.

Before any independent contractor, broadcaster, or user is permitted to upload, stream, or transmit any visual depiction that may be subject to the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, they must pass a stringent identity and age verification process. All records required by law are securely collected, maintained, and made available for inspection by authorized personnel.

Exemptions

Certain visual depictions contained on this Website may be exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:

They do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2);
They are depictions of non-sexually explicit conduct;
They were created prior to the effective date of the statute (July 3, 1995).

User-Generated Content and Broadcasters

Xavioo provides a platform for independent broadcasters and users to stream live video and upload content. All independent broadcasters are required to acknowledge and agree to our Broadcaster Agreement, which explicitly mandates that all individuals appearing in their content must be 18 years of age or older.

The Company conducts robust KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML checks, and utilizes third-party age verification services to ensure compliance. If any content is found to be in violation of these laws, the offending account will be permanently banned, the content will be immediately removed, and the incident will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities.
